5-Week Courses at Hope Pottery

Tuesday evenings 6pm-8pm at Hope Pottery, Hope House, Mabgate. 

These 5 week pottery courses are perfect for beginners or anyone wishing to expand their pottery knowledge. With small group sizes you get plenty of support as you create pieces you’ll be proud to take home. 

Over the weeks you will learn pinching techniques, surface decoration and slab building using coloured clay to inlay patterns. You're welcome to come with any ideas of what you would like to make! 

These 5 week courses are rolling, so you can continue straight on to the next one and build on your making experience. Returning students will also get the opportunity to learn the potters wheel if they wish. 

After the course, your work will be ready to collect from Hope Pottery 4 weeks later.
